Main Indications:

Eprinomectin is a semi-synthetic derivative of avermectins, which are a group of macrocyclic lactones, chemically related, produced by fermentation of a soil fungus, Streptomyces avermitilis.

Performa EP is a broad spectrum endectocide for bovine, indicated to combat and control gastrointestinal nematodes, botflies, ticks and flies. Single dose treatment.

Parasites to which the use of Performa EP is indicated:

  • Gastrointestinal nematodes:
    • Haemonchus placei, Cooperia punctata, Cooperia pectinata, Trichostrongylus axei and Oesophagostomum radiatum.
  • External parasites:
    • Botflies: Dermatobia hominis larvae.
    • Ticks: Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) microplus.
    • Flies: Horn Fly Haematobia irritans.

Directions and Dosage:

Apply through the subcutaneous route, at the dose of 1 mL for every 50 kg bodyweight, according to the table in the leaflet.


Contraindications

Do not administer the product through intravenous or intramuscular route.

In studies carried out with Performa EP, the product proved to be safe for the antiparasitic treatment of bovine older than 02 months.

SLAUGHTER: THE SLAUGHTER OF THE ANIMALS TREATED WITH THIS PRODUCT MUST ONLY BE CARRIED OUT 08 DAYS AFTER THE LAST APPLICATION.

MILK: THE MILK OF THE ANIMALS TREATED WITH THIS PRODUCT MUST NOT BE INTENDED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION FOR UP TO 03 DAYS AFTER THE LAST APPLICATION OF THIS PRODUCT.
