Meloxicam ................. 0.1 g
Excipient q. s. p.........100.0 mL

Indications:

Meloxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), derived from enolic acid and belongs to the group of Oxicans. It has excellent anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic properties. It is considered a preferential COX-2 inhibitor, which implies a lower risk of bleeding and gastrointestinal damage when compared to non-selective COX-2 anti-inflammatory drugs.

Maxicam Oral Solution is indicated for the treatment of inflammatory conditions in dogs and cats.
